How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

In your email, please include:

  • A clear statement of whether you’re requesting a refund or an exchange.
  • For exchanges, please specify the desired size you’re requesting.
  • A brief description of the reason for the return/exchange.
  • Photos (if applicable, especially for defective or incorrect items).

Once we receive your request, our customer support team will typically respond within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps and provide your pre-paid return shipping label.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

To ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly, please make sure your item meets these criteria:

  • Custom-Made or Size Jackets Exception: Custom-made jackets and jackets ordered in a custom size are not eligible for returns for a refund. However, if there’s a sizing issue or a defect, they are eligible for a free exchange. We’ll work with you to ensure a perfect fit or resolve any product issues.
  • Condition: Items must be returned with their original packaging, labels, and in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Tags: All original tags must remain attached. We cannot accept returns if tags are removed.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item/size. If your desired item or size isn’t in stock for a standard product, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
  • Our Right to Reject: We reserve the right to reject returns if the product doesn’t comply with these return conditions.

Free Return Shipping

You won’t pay a penny for return shipping! Jacketistic provides a pre-paid return shipping label for all eligible returns and exchanges, regardless of the reason. This makes your return process truly free and convenient.

Refund

Once your eligible return is received and inspected at our facility, you’ll be notified via email. If your return is approved, your full refund (with no restocking fees) will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery at info@jacketistic.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a free exchange or a full refund, and we’ll cover all return shipping costs.

  • Note for Custom Items: For custom-made or size jackets that are defective or incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or an alternative solution.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: A full refund will be issued with no deductions.
  • After 24 hours but before shipping: A full refund will be issued with no deductions.
  • After shipping: Once an eligible item has shipped, it falls under our 30-day Free Return & Exchange Policy. Simply initiate a free return, and we’ll process your full refund upon receiving the item back.

Sizing Issues

We encourage you to review our size chart carefully before placing your order. If a standard item doesn’t fit correctly, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll happily process a free return or exchange according to our standard guidelines. Since we cover all return shipping costs, finding the perfect fit is easy!

  • Note for Custom-Sized Jackets: For jackets ordered in a custom size, please double-check your measurements carefully before ordering.
