To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at info@jacketistic.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. Once we receive the returned product at our facility, it will be inspected with care, and a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email to keep you informed of the return status.

We accept returns or exchanges within 20 days of receiving your item.

Note: Returns requested after 20 days will not be accepted.
📦 Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Send an email to info@jacketistic.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clearly mention whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.
- For exchanges, we’ll confirm the availability of the requested size.
- Include your order number, a brief description, and photos (if available).
- Items must be returned with original packaging, labels, and in unused condition.
- Exchanges will be processed only if the requested item is in stock. If not, a refund will be issued.
- Tags must remain attached. Returns received without tags will not be accepted.
Important: We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not comply with our return conditions.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Custom jackets (made to order or personalized) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
- Returns without valid reasons may result in a deduction of shipping charges.

- Within 24 hours: Full refund.
- After 24 hours: 25% deduction from the refund.
- After shipping: 25% + shipping charges will be deducted.
